水泥枕木U型环的轨枕安装方便，只需将钢轨放到两个U型环之间，下面垫上橡胶垫板，然后用大锤砸下U型环压住钢轨。水泥枕木螺栓压板的是用T型螺栓从轨枕下面预留孔中穿出上面固定住压板压住钢轨，一根轨枕需要4套螺栓，4个压板，2个橡胶垫板，这种枕木养护方便，可以重复利用。
